And I'll join the 12 weeek plan-
Need to get paperwork sorted, (ie. stop avoiding CTC)
Lose 3 stone. (by my 40th)
Train for the half marathon in March.
But, first off, do the 30 Day Shred and Runclub...

thinking of joining weight watchers but not sure....

Are you still thinking of doing bath half??

It has terrible reviews on runner world - just thought you should know! They ran out of water at the back one year and it always starts late and the route is ugly (hard to believe in bath I know )

Brighton was great last year (about the same time) and this one is supposed to be good too: Llanelli Waterside Half-Marathon.

    Morning peeps :hello:

Had a fab realxed weekend which included my first ever children's birthday party:eek::rotfl: and lots of relaxing.

Was supposed to be going out to park today but Nathan is a bit out of sorts and the weather isn't great so not too sure now.

I see there's going to be a meet in Edinburgh on 5th Dec? Is that definite? Would be lovely to meet folks finally...

Was considering popping to Salopshire to see Bunny & Maz in October - what date is that happening? Will see if finances can stretch to a train down and a night stopover...

Liking the resolve I'm seeing re weight loss/exercise - need to get back to it myself. Going for a run when Hubbles gets home tonight. Need to check what's in freezer/cupboards too and get back on the GC wagon... menu planning here I come:p

Squirrel 30 day shred is a dvd that has been done by Jillian Michaels of the biggest loser. There are two levels and each you do one of the levels each day for 30 days. Each day is 20 mins....

Bun am sending positive vibes, thoughts and prayers to your cousins son
Im liking the 12 week plan...might have to draw one up for me, that would take us to beg of December wouldn't it?
Bookie, hope the job hunting goes well today.
Sammy cheapest way to get to henley would be birmingham to Oxford I expect then another train from there? Or are you thinking of driving?

Sun is out again today, Mum is taking us out for lunch, although my SW lady phoned last night and I said I had been sticking to it 100% this week so must continue that until wed weigh in. Then run club tonight...I will go and will get fit again

Must also phone uni to find out entrance qualifications.
I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
    Finally Debt Free...

Oh should have read your post before PM.. :o:rotfl:Hmm I wonder if that would shift my persistent lumpy bits.

Am quite keen on this 12 week plan thing, trying to think of things I could aim for in 12 weeks... (aaargh, wake up brain, please...)

I have to go see a new client this afternoon, but I shall be working this morning and will be around to hold your hand if you need it Bookie.....
    New client - exciting!

I have been and signed on. The lady thanked me for having a smile on my face! She says my clain is showing as 'live' which means they may just be waiting for today's evidence before they pay and if I've not received anything by Wednesday to phone.

Went to Morrisons on the way home. Allowed myself a punnet of 4 peaches, 1 apple, spuds, pate, special offer yoghurts, baked beans and some ryvitas(piling on weight doing nothing). I avoided the wine aisle. I can now have a jacket for dinner after Brownies.
