OOOH PLEASE CAN I HAVE A STAR FOR TODAY:T MY SECOND IN A WEEK!

Also the 3rd load of washing is in the WM - the first 2 are out on the line but in view of the weather I doubt they will dry.

After being on garden leave for 2 weeks the house is looking loads better - the only room which is a real mess now is DS's bedroom which I will have to get him to have a go at this weekend.
Next weeks main projects are the study and the very small bedroom which is used for storage -who knows what lurks in there....

I would do the bedroom today but unless the weather picks up, there's no point in washing the sheets because they won't dry.....

  • Hi everyone,

Haven't posted in what seems ages... I have an unexpected day at home today as my youngest is feeling under the weather :0( so I am going to see how much I can get done so that I have an easy weekend :0)

1 wash done and out on the line, another wash in the machine.

Dishwasher has had its filter cleaned and is now on a clean cycle with some cleaner stuff that my mum gave me.

I am now off to see what I need to do on the lists that I haven't done yet.... will update later.

Hugs to everyone who needs or wants them xxx

Electrician has just phoned and is coming to fix our kitchen light (finally) at 2.30pm so I am going to shift my plans around and shop before not after lunch. Flying can be done this aft whilst he's here. Better get a shift on then and get showered!

  • Morning lovelies - been MIA AGAIN this week, just in a really serious CBA mood. I have kept up with dailies and s/s kitchen/loos etc and kept up to washing, but apart from that zilch!

I think one of the reasons is because we are going to start tomorrow decorating the hall, stairs and landing, so there will be lots of sanding etc that will get everywhere. Getting new carpet as well so need to cost that this weekend

Have kept up to the thread just about

LL - massive hugs, so sorry they can't/won't help anymore. Hope you get the info you need from USA. xxx
Toots - I see you were misbehaving the other night by posting after midnight - DON'T do it again!! :rotfl:
Love and hugs to all that need/want them. Hello to all newbies, brilliant bunch on this thread that will help you all they can x
