  • Morning, schedule for today kinda up in the air now as LO is off school with a nasty chest infection. Been to the doctors and have some antibiotics so hopefully that should help her. She is sitting watching Spongebob at the moment. Waiting for hubby to get back before i can go to uni, trying to do a quick tidy before i have to go.

FFP - that is terrible, good on you for taking it to the top. Do not let them fob you off.

Hugs to all those that need them xx

took last nites washing off line & folded
    put fresh washing on line

It amazes me how much can be done in so little time. Something I wish I had known (but didnt) before joining the Flyladies. So thank you everyone :T

Afraid I stalled and got side tracked by watching This Morning - it's so much better with Holly Willoughby I think. :)

Sorry it isn't flying but I had to say this.. PP and Piggers forgive me..

My 'toxic' friend is back from holiday today and to tell you the truth I am dreading the phone call from her this evening.. I haven't heard from her for a week and it's been great and my mood has been really good.. I even mentioned it to my therapist yesterday and we have agreed that I am going to have to reduce the time spent on her. Still at least I have a week where I won't be talking to 'toxic' again.

My CBT therapy finished yesterday and my therapist thinks I am ready now to be put on the list for intensive therapy, which means I can finally tackle my past abuses, the rape and my past relationship with my dead mother. I can't believe how far I have come now. The only fly in the ointment was that I had to make a committment to my therapist, kind of like a contract, that I will not go back downhill between now and the start of the intensive therapy (which could be anything up to a year wait!). I am allowed to stay where I am mood wise, but not allowed to deteriate. She is also pleased that I have got a really good support group with my friend Tracy - who I go to see every other day for the morning, and you girls on here. She really thinks it has helped me considerably the past few months.

Oh and we have turned a corner with DH, he actually noticed the house is looking nice and staying nice now. He commented the other day that since I have been going to Tracy's the house is really looking nice now. Hmm not quite sure how to take that one but I think I get the gist of it..lol

Ok back to flying.. off to shower.

  • In my HHC, I: hoovered out wooden box, got bedding out of linen cupboard, put half of it in the wash to do a de-mildew wash, wangled the wooden box back under the table (not an easy job) watered a plant, was exhausted so had lunch and a sit down

How did you get on Valli?

I'm going to do another HHC now, as I've got some energy after eating lunch - join me if you can!

    Morning all, just

Well I went over the old house and couldn't decide what to do, then I fell over the paint so took that as a sign. Got the doors, staircase wall and the steps painted. Finished about 10,30am packed 2 more boxes, filled the car and came home. Made a cuppa, emptied/partly refilled the dishwasher and put the washer on. Need to collect DPs car at some point, empty a few boxes next I think after clearing a space in the kitchen for the boxes I will be emptying.

    Hope you are all ok x x x x
One day I might be more organised...........

  • How did you get on Natty?

In that HHC, I washed up, cleaned the kitchen and hung out laundry. I've also tidied up kitchen floor a bit. It doesn't sound like much, but I actually did quite a lot! Going to find the kitchen list to see if I can cross anything off.
