Update from me, now off to library quickly Natty - you're doing fabulously. I had a similar toxic friend. She's improved vastly since I started doing things on my terms. At the beginning of the week I text her and say that i'm really busy but if she's free on such a night, at such a time then we can meet up / chat etc. Sometimes she's free, sometimes she's not but I found that taking control stopped me getting so wound up with the way she was. Might not work for you but you never know! Natty - you're doing fabulously. I had a similar toxic friend. She's improved vastly since I started doing things on my terms. That sounds a really good idea to try for 'toxic'. Will implement it when we get back from hols, although should keep things easy at the moment as she still owes me for late Freddycats cremation. Although I don't think I will be seeing this somehow, but I can live in hope..lol
Oooh I love waitrose, we have one in Bluewater now in John Lewis food hall, and I absolutely love shopping in there for local stuff. Although I do have to make sure I limit myself to a few bits..lol

            Hi all,
Back from work 2 hours earlier than expected so I have had a cuppa and caught up with the thread. I am exhausted and need to find the energy to fly, although I have got tomorrow off so can complete today's list tomorrow if need be.
Today is the first time I haven't been filled with dread when I have seen that it is spare room day. It is not organised by any means but it is in a state where I can at least try and fly. I have 2 weeks to finish decluttering and sorting it before it needs to be used, I think that is manageable.
Right, here is my list for today:
 Thursday ~ Spare rooms
 Level One
 Declutter and vacuum the floor
 Level Two
Sort through a chest of drawers.. dispose of anything that is outgrown, worn out It is all OH's clothes in there, I am going to hint at the weeknd!
 Level Three
 Dust and deweb
Wipe over the bedframes and paintwork
 Binbag dance!
Extras- Wipe all the upstairs doors.. both sides!
- Sort through one box or drawer filled with miscellaneous gibble.. from any room.. it just needs it!!
