Yes this whole laptop was bought brand new from Comet ... not pc world . It was my husband that bought it everything on it is legit. My sister works at comet too so confirmed it.

have just set to complete scan

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware will fix more when run from safe mode. Run it from every account on the pc.

Run ccleaner which I posted above to remove all the temp files then re run dr web

Just thought I would update...

Its taken all this time and has frozen on the same thing for ages now

It found something before though it says: Trojan.start 1505 deleted

Do you think I should shut it and try again? its taken all this time to get this far and its not even anywhere near half way

Then run a KASPERSKY ONLINE SCAN (click to scan 'MY COMPUTER')

Please post the complete log it creates (This only SCANS it DOESNT delete anything, so we'd need to see anything it finds) by selecting to save the 'report' to the desktop in 'txt' format
The scan will likely take anywhere from 5 to 12 hours to complete!

(Currently this isnt working, run when you can)
