the office 2007 problem might be a common problem (Loses a file on install which is easily fixable)

open malwarebytes and goto LOGS and all logs are in there so please post the current infected ones

Then UPDATE malwarebytes and run ANOTHER full scan
    Database version: 2788

    We're now on 2892

I have updated and its running another scan - the only logfiles I have will be this one I have put on here and the new one I am running the scan on now, the other one didn't save (I didn't save it the first time I did it)

I don't think there is a worm on here anymore as can use msn but it still crashes when I try and uninstall something and is slow too

Office 2007 - I didn't install it, it was already on my laptop so I tried entering the key from the one I bought but that still said did not complete, so i thought I would uninstall the old one and put this one on there - put it crashed and ended up with blue screen when I tried to uninstall :(

Clearly theres a problem if it crashes and its slow

Malwarebytes ~ log files are AUTOMATICALLY saved

    Please run COMBOFIX

Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be)

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download

If combofix comes back clean then your good to go :)
