UK Freecycle renamed "Freegle"

I'm confused. My local freecycle group <Portsmouth> changed to freegle last year. I've now discovered there is also a freecycle group still running. There is also freecyle and freegle for a few other groups e.g Fareham. Strange.

it never ceases to amaze me that people write posts complaining about freecycle/freegle and how they will leave cos of problems, but they wont spend two mins complaining to the moderators who will do something about it, If they dont know they cant do anything about it, so complain !!, i used to be a mod a few years ago, and people who complain about how they were modded are usually 99.9% of the time, problem members who cant be bothered to adhere to the rules and think they are somehow above them,

"find a group" is right at the top of the home page.

Tip:- you can find groups in your area either from the list on the left, or clicking in the appropriate part of the map on the right.

If there's not a Freegle group near you, you can search every freecycling group in the world (Freegle, Freecycle, and all the others) at the Freecycling Group Finder website at the link below:

as a freecycle moderator we hate time wasters as well, the best thing to do is to send a message to the moderators of the group.
