I'm going to join a gym and get slim, fit and gorgeous......if I'm not too old by then
Spud do you not have a council gym nearby? Mine charges £5 to enrol and then £4 per session (1.5 hours) on the equipment and swimming/workouts with trainers from £4 per session. Certainly worth a look as there is no monthly charge. Well in ours there isnt :j

Funny you should say that! The only thing I can't find is my tall pink shiny mug.
Cupboard under the cooker (opposite the fridge) top shelf! with other glasses & tumblers
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0

I've been having a clear out, and found a size 12 swimsuit from donkeys years ago (that long ago, I dont even remember being a size 12 ) )
For a laugh, I tried it on. It wasnt pretty, the kids and DH were hysterical laughing.....I just found it upsetting and humiliating, but I didnt let em know how it felt Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3: Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
