You can be asked to do a number of roles, mainly
Reception/data entry
Take national flu database number from Joe public, find them on the system, enter them onto the local system, corroborate details and recommended dosage, write out correct medication label for patron to take through to distribution (this is what I'm doing today)
Distributor
Check personal info and patient ID, collect correct medication from stock manager, give to patron along with advice on medication and general flu advice.
Stock Manager
Ensure correct medication is taken from shelf for correct patient and log them out of the stock software
Full stock take at beginning and end of shift.
Team Leader
General trouble shooting, communicate with pandemic flu command centre, ensure staff are ok and get a break etc....
