    Helllooooo!

I'm not quite sure, is the answer to your question, Taxi. Maybe its dead.... I don't feel a sense that I need a diary thread right now, which is kind of weird. Not for chat and daily updates, anyway. My focus right now is on:

    - keeping going physically (tidy up ... get the washing up done) - did about 45 mins of that this morning. I desperately need to use the vacuum cleaner over the whole house, but physically thats too much right now.

    - get fit again. I taped a Bollywood dance programme from the Body in Balance satellite channel, and did the warmup, about 7 or 8 minutes of stretching and whatnot.

    - declutter the crap thats really, really in the way, so I can put the house on the market and it has a chance of getting sold, for a reasonable price. Fished out some old cassettes I've got no intention of taking to the new house, put a few more *horrible* books onto the Amazon pile. Found the portable cassette player I want to hand over to my sister....

    Not bad!

From the above list, its pretty plain that my priority right now is to get fit again, and get into a place where I can move on .... the 5 minute warm up section of a 20 minute programme tired me and made me ache a bit - and I don't think I can go back to what I was doing before, of almost every minute working and thinking about debt and dfw work - I think I drove myself into the ground. Maybe I'll do updates here every couple of days, to keep myself on track, and I'll see next week. I don't feel I'm at the position yet where another diary would be helpful, but once I'm recovered, I can see that it will be.

Thank you once again. You're a star! :kisses3:

    And Shaun - you're a sheep! :kisses3:

Yes, you take care of yourself. You've had a bad time, and you will need time to get over it.

If you're hungry all the time, it probably indicates your body is wanting something you're not providing. How high-protein is your diet? It may be your body is looking for repair materials.

I totally agree that you need to focus on your health. That is the main thing. Are you getting enough iron as you're vegetarian aren't you? Also plenty of fruit and vag as well.

I *am* a protein person, thats true - I like protein. For me, its nuts and seeds, cheese, eggs, and beans - beans need preparation, so I haven't had so many of those, but I'll often snack on cheese or nuts, & when I have eggs, I'll have two usually. Iron may be my downfall - I'm chomping away on frozen spinach (erm, after I've cooked it!) - at the moment, variety is the problem, cooking has been out of the question, but even when I've been ill, I've been having a probiotic multivitamin, a vit B complex and vit C and zinc, then later on an iron tablet.

I'm off into town today - my sister's visiting me, and we'll stop by a supermarket, do a bit of shopping.
