Ooo KC, love that post. I need to do all of the things that you have posted too. Perhaps we can spur each other on. For me the hardest thing has been getting local activities and friends. Must work on that in the new year.

Thanks all! Cherisong, thats definitely something I need to do - I would've needed to do it even in my previous town, nearly all my friends seem to live at long distance, but I have an *excuse* now :o:o I shouldn't need one, but it sort of makes me feel more secure.

I think I'm going to hop off now and do a bit of tidying up and weekend preparation sorts of things. Including a few computer games tho not for long.

How lovely! Sorry you've been worried about me, DT - I guess my health is still an issue, but with the house much more sorted than it was, its easier to find the energy to look after my health even more, and to go out and find social events and new friends there. And when my mum goes to my sister's on December 31st, I'll be able to set the office up for my trading, finally, and start in on that properly in January.

I love the idea of positivity spreading outwards from the various threads on mse - happy to my thread join the abundance
