I know you were, of course you were - and what you suggested is exactly what I want to do, for all my food - so much of this gluten free food in the shops is absolutely full of industrial type chemicals - my range oven (huge!!!!) will get a workout in the New Year, I absolutely promise.
Just this one time - I'm faking the food:o:o Will do better
Its fine to fake the food; personally I have the time and the energy to do the whole HM thing, but too much pressure is put on people to produce the 'perfect Christmas'. So long as you accept why you are buying commercial stuff - if its something you aren't normally happy with.have finalised my pressie from my mum (orange san francisco in grey via quidco),
Is that a phone? ie. from Orange?? Sorry if I'm being thick.Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0

Would it be too decadent to get your hair done once a week? I'm sure a wash and blowdry might be cheap enough, plus it's a nice bit of pampering for you for a job you hate0

Good points there, gill - yes, its about time, and not pressuring myself.

It is - the only (slight) reason I didn't give more detail is that I actually found it on mse - there's a whole thread about how its the most fantastic phone in the world for the priceWould it be too decadent to get your hair done once a week? No, there's no money for that :rotfl: I'm just about breaking even - without a clothes budget - and thats not really good enough when you're self employed, you should be over by a *little* bit, at least. This is why my focus is so completely on getting the trading up and running.
However .... that sudden tiredness I had today .... it feels like I'm fighting off a cold. AgainSo I'm not going to get it, its going to whoosh by me, dripping off my invulnerable shield
I actually sat in my living room today to eat my teaand watched the news. It was really weird

(pah to sneaky cold, but we won't talk about that)0 -
The living room thing is amazing! I could sit. I could walk around. I could look at the tv. I could walk into the kitchen easily. And pop to the loo easily (the bathroom is downstairs, hence all the shenanigans about a second loo). I confess, I am actually upstairs again, because all my *stuff* is up here - the laptop, mainly, and every single piece of paperwork that I'm working on.
Oh, and I have to tidy the "office" tonight - thats where teh plumber will be working tomorrow, and right now he wouldn't be able to get through the door, oops!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Thanks for that, Dragon, yes I do - and I'm supposed to eat more hot foods, it helps in an anti-inflammatory way.gilligansyle wrote: »:rotfl::rotfl:

Spot on! I will no longer have a cistern on my sofaand I'll be able to clear the office properly - which will create more mess till Sunday, when the floor layer comes, and everything will *finally* go in the right position. Everything will change when I have every room available to me :j:j:j
