Thanks! I am, at that - I'm just mooching about on the websites the herbalist recommended, tho I'm also looking at stuff specifically about arthritis. And I'm working out how to fit everything into each day - with the supplements, the detox tea, the yoga, the food combining, its quite complex2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

It just seems rather complicated.
The best ways of doing things are the simple ways. The more complicated it gets, then the more into a "ritual" it gets. Rituals are usually the sign of some "organisation" or "belonging" like the Church or the Masons.
The last complicated diet I saw was this: http://www.holisticonline.com/Color/color_home.htm - you can imagine how seriously I took it..."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Oh! No, its not like that - that one's a bit garish, isn't it :rotfl:
Its more on the lines of:
- drink water *and* detox tea.
- I like a 15 minute walk in the sunshine, she's recommending yoga.
- I know I need to use glucosamine, she's also recommending msm.
- I know I can't drink fruit juice in the evenings - it reacts badly with toothpaste - so must be during the day, but that affects other stuff.
Its more about how compromised *every* part of my system is, and giving it all a good stir without overwhelming myself is quite tricky. But manageable.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Morning! I've been up since silly o'clock .... must try to remember that later on today and take it easy at some stage. I want to go to Sainsbo and I'm pretty sure I'll manage that - thats an achievement! I quite like the idea of wandering up and down the aisles, checking what they've got. Otherwise, its sawing that shelf, and doing the accounts. Quite boring really, which is why I'll make the most of the trip to Sainsbury.
What I'd *really* like to say is: out for brunch at a local cafe, then off to see the new Harry Potter, and finishing up by having a cosy pasta meal with my friend .... ah well, one day soon.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Morning KC, you need to take it easy later on if you've been up since early.
