Very interesting link - I've bookmarked it. There are photoshop tutorials there too.

Did the paid work, managed to do the inputting of the mystery shop before that.

And my table is a *complete* mess at the moment, I've been repotting an aloe vera plant - no idea if it will survive, but I couldn't take it to the new house the way it was. I think it might be very happy - and I'm going to have to learn to harvest what I pot! Anyone know if you just take the leaves from the bottom of the plant? My plants are quite old now, and they're lolling about dreadfully, not pointing straight up any more. If they survive tho, I think they'll make babies again, which is why I've had about half a dozen all told - I was only given one in the first place :)

No idea about the plant KC, sorry! My mum has one on the windowsill though - every morning she opens the curtains and says "'ello, Vera"... makes her laugh every day, bless her!

Sounds like a good decision re Southport (I grew up over that way! Used to go there as a kid :))

Glad you've got yourself appointments on Friday too. Hope you can put your mind at rest a little bit before then xx

Ooh! Whereabouts, can I ask? Is your accent Lancashire or Scouse?

Yep, as long as I've got the appointment in, I'm easy. I'm kind of expecting it to be cancerous, to tell the truth - there are half a dozen cases in the family, in fact the pre-cancerous tissue thing is so common, it isn't even mentioned any more.

Morning all! Well, some good dfw stuff - the t akeabreak bingo win I had last week has finally showed up, so I shoved it over to the savings account. £60! And I finally emailed v irg in yesterday about withdrawing that money - I won £65, deposited £5 and started playing through, mostly on scratchcards - they agreed I should be able to withdraw, so I've just withdrawn £52. And the latest Amazon payment is on its way, a whole £2.38! So a total there of £114.38! **KC does happy dance**

And I've got 2 hours paid work this afternoon, but I won't be doing much else - I've got the funeral today, and I'm going to ring my friend at a more civilised hour to check on him. I might even pot an aloe vera plant.....

    Take care all.

Yep, I felt a bit ... reluctant .... to get on with things yesterday, so I realise I need to take care these next few days. I *do* have a quiet Saturday, but then I have a very *loud* Sunday - I'm going to see Paul McCartney in Hyde Park :D:D:D:cool::cool::cool:

Sounds like a great Sunday...you do such interesting things.
At least you realise that you need to take care the next few days and that's a great thing

Sounds great - well, I'm not a huge Paul McCartney fan personally but live music, that you enjoy, in the open air - amazing!
