    morning kc

    dont use Nurofen for arthritis!!!!
go see the doctor and get proper anti inflammatory drugs

    i use arcoxia ,,come in 20 40 60 mg,,,very good
and your pain killers will have to be rotated every 3/6 month depending how many you take a day ,,to save your kidneys and liver:eek:
i use sudofed ,plain paracetamol, and morphine patches in the winter

    also get some
glucosamine pharma nord capsules 400mg...get them from the doctor as the health store one's are very weak and no good for people that really suffer from arthritis ,,, this put's silicon back into the hole's made by the arthritis so making the joints less painfull,,,down side!!!!
they take 2-3 months to kick in (they are trying to mend years of damage dont forget) and you have too take them every day for ever,,,
i wasn't convinced they did anything ,,,until i went off then for 4 days never missed a day since:o:o

Def book yourself in at the docs, the sooner the mole is looked at the better. and you can ask about all the arthritis stuff at the same time. The end result is that you will stop reading too much into everything - your head will burst, knowing you, and that really wouldn't help!

    When are you in Norfolk?

I did, honest - Friday has become very weird. X ray and blood test at 11.30, a routine hygienist appointment at my dentist's at 2.30, and the GP again (a locum, this time) at 4.20.

You know me so well :D:D:D
    When are you in Norfolk?
Going outwards on Friday July 16, returning the next Friday, the 23rd. Don't know the timings of anything yet - my sister will be driving in from the north to meet me (she's coming from Hull, from her son's graduation ceremony) maybe we really can meet up again for a face to face chat? That would be lovely :A

I was just looking for some tips for making my PC more energy-efficient (very green office here which has inspired me), have done things like turn my monitor brightness down etc, but this link is quite interesting, and made me think of you, with the blog etc! http://en.onsoftware.com/save-energy-on-your-pc-for-earth-day/
