You're welcome to some sponge - it gave me an upset stomach, or maybe the too-busy day did. This morning, I'm dosed up with paracetemol and anti-diahor.... however you spell it :o

Morning! Welcome azkaban! Yep, I'm a longtime dfw-er.... several ups and downs on here, from little ones (like Z's S-H-I-T-S,officially a "down") to great big humongous ones (like my mum helping me pay off the loan I had, officially an "up").

London yesterday was fine, a really easy journey too - were most people asleep after the election? were they worried about the ash cloud? who knows - and today I have a four hour seminar to go to, necessary for work, but v low cost, only £5, and then pop to Asda to stock up on my pesto - I'm decluttering like mad, but the pesto addiction carries on :D

I've noticed that ebay listing is free this weekend, so now I've got my account set up, I'm going to experiment with some big things - a shredder, a table, the old towel rail, that sort of stuff. We'll see

 Morning! Coo, yesterday was a long(ish) day, but I was v v tired by it. Seminar was the most intense I've ever been to - means lots of new information, but some of these tutors, honestly - this woman thinks she's so right on and cool, and she was incredibly bossy, to a room full of counsellors, most of whom were in their 40s and upwards - from telling us where we could sit to assuming we couldn't speak up for ourselves without lots and lots of "encouragement". Still, lots of genuinely helpful information completely separate from her attitude, and some great links to free web seminars by the leaders in the field (trauma studies) so lots of good things.

El, you're very welcome, book and postcard both, I'm just glad I managed to get them off to you, it had been in my bag for 3 days :o

Today, I *really* need a rest - doing the washing up and filling the rubbish bin are the most likely things. The big stuff on Ebay depends on whether I can charge the batteries used by this little web camera thats all I've got at the moment :o If I can't, then its back to science fiction magazines :rotfl:

Finally, a mooch around the boards! Oh, and betfair have offered me a potential matched bet, I may have to investigate that and come back o matched betting.

    Thats all for now :kisses3:

Probably she's used to people thinking "We've got a right one here..." and keeping stumm...

I do find "Right-on" people irritating, and it's so tempting to start messing with their heads... :A :rotfl:
