EM, good news, do consider 2 days if you can as Seth will be at school before you know it. Could always do the odd bit of cover to up your money when you need it. X

Sounds like good news Em :) If you want any more help, just shout. Like I said the other day, I'm a HR Administrator, not Advisor, but I've been involved in most issues at work and could probably find most info (eventually, weezl :o).

I quite fancy being an Advisor, but in the company I work for now, my office is on the other side of the corridor to the advisors' - and it's known as "the dark side" cos everyone dislikes our advisors (usually cos they're the ones saying "no" to a lot of requests!).. I still wanna be liked! :p  (plus they all have degrees and I don't, nor am I going to go to the effort to get one!)

  • My poor first born just fell out of her bed !! I was sitting here with Dylan sleeping in my arms and I heard an almighty bump !!
She has a cabin bed with a ladder with 4 steps and she fell from the 3rd step and landed straight on her head :( She has calmed down now, but will have one massive bump in the morning me thinks !!

STOPTOBER CHALLANGE ... here we go !!
  • Will go and look at that Awards scheme, Elle. Ta for link.

Andrew seems far more settled on his Cpap now they've re-increased his caffeine & salt supplements - I have a coffee addict baby :rotfl:

He's put on another (almost) 4 ounces in 4 days, now weighs in at 2lb 6.5oz :j :j I bet they'll increase his EBM again :)

Aw, it's sounds like he's doing really well (provided they get his supplements right ) Well done Andrew, and Mummy and Daddy too :)
    RANDOM QUESTION

I am finally getting round to doing my wedding album (3 years after the event :)) and was wondering if any of you know any nice romantic one liners I could put on the pages with the photos ?? TIA :)

MM - you wanna do mine to? I have the pictures and an album, but not together :rotfl:It's been over 3 yrs for us too!

I put Maddy in her cot last night after her last feed, I put her in her sleeping bag but she woke at 2am and was a bit cold. Being the sweetheart she is I just lifted her in with me and she just went straight off, no dummy or fuss until 6am but I'm wondering what bedcovers everyone else is using at the moment?

What tog sleeping bag is it tara? Liam has been in his (in his cot :))for the past two nights, his is 2.5 tog and he wears a long sleved vest and scratch mits :)

EM - you are spurring me to look into the difference between me going back full time/4 days/3 days. I suppose at some point I should contact work to test the waters, so to speak!
Hugs to SB's poorly little uns and to MM's Jas.
Searching - are you feeling nay calmer yet?

I'm guessing the sling meet has gone well cos it still very quiet :p Maybe I need to venture over to Warrington for the next one, it's not too far from Manchester afterall!

Sorry, was just looking at it now..

Before I work it out, and being nebby, are you on just SMP (£123.06 a week) or on Company maternity pay too? And what are the dates of your mat leave? (inc when do your three months unpaid begin)

Aww thanks elle, I know you have a lot going on, I really appreciate it :)

I had 6 weeks at 90% salary, then 12 weeks at SMP+ half pay, then the rest of SMP period at the £123.06. My Unpaid months begin on 26th Oct and my ML ends on 26/01/10. I have accrued leave right up from then til 23rd March 2010, and would be looking to begin my new ML then, unless there are bad outcomes :o:eek:. (Like loss of SMP). My work doesn't require me to pay back the enhanced portion if I don't return. Not sure what else to add!

    Love Weezl x

hello there - I'm sorry I've not been about much. Things are busy busy busy here. Annabel is all over the place - I can't keep up with her anymore! She's keeping me on my toes, that's for sure.

A very good friends dad has also had a horrific polo accident and so I've been doing what I can to help out. Mainly listening and cooking for my friend and her other half. Unfortunately things don't look good for him, so been a bit sad.

I'll try and have a bit of a read back and see how you are all getting on.....

I love all the wedding photos - and Susan, I am most impressed with your dress making skills.

Thanks Weezl - I'd been searching back to try to find out when you started your mat leave last time! (found the pic of your birthing room whilst I was searching.. are you going to use the same set up this time? :))

Comms nurses (duo, apparently!) due any minute, but I'll continue with my workings out once they've gone :)
