weezl, i reckon i'd pay 50p a slice for RR depending on how big it is, but i am a chocoholic

what about doing like a 3 for £1 type thing in prepacked packaging where the slices are cut ever so slightly smaller to get a extra slice out the tray ;)

Maybe we could all just go for a drinky-pooh though :D

are you originally from these parts?

Or perhaps a trip to Ikea for free tea/coffee with the family card :money:

I'm originally from St Helens-ish. I bought an ebay high chair a few weeks ago from someone in Warrington and sent my parents to collect it. All the time I was wondering if one of you was at the other end of it :D

tara, i work (worked?) in specsavers.

they've got so many staff milling around that work random hours that it was always hinted that it really wouldnt be a problem whatever hours i wanted to work. they've taken on so many staff since i left as well, i knew they wouldnt need me back :(

they wanted me to wait to know what was going on for the next two weeks until the boss gets back and made it seem a proper hassle that i said i didnt want to cos it'll mean her ringing me while she's on leave! why can only the boss that is on leave speak to me about it, there is a store director above her and 3 assistant managers while she's off!

i'm getting ahead of myself, i've not spoken to the boss yet. sigh

I find it hard to believe Em that a company that size would not offer you the hours you need considering the law now. And they have to reply to you in writing showing what good business reasons they have for the refusal which if you took higher would be chucked out.

Can they do that? Not give you your job back? Cause I thought that they paid you maternity allowance, and if YOU choose not to go back you'd have to pay that back so why come they can do that?

    emlou, sorry bout work

you asked yesterday about the lentil thingy being a bit curry-y?

Well, fergie has just eaten it for lunch with seeming enjoyment!

Garam masala doesn't contain any hot spices like chilli or ginger, so is mild but interesting :)

If you were concerned though, you could try him with just plain lentil puree first?
