Wow - over 30 pages since saturday. Haven't caught up but since we're sharing wedding dresses, this is mine. I was insane and only started it two weeks before the wedding.

Oh get it over with SM. :rotfl: Ben's home too, got Maddys cold but unlike Maddy and Erin hasn't got over with it in a day. Just worked out that during the hols he didn't take his multi vitamins every day so it just shows the difference they make!

Elle - Weezl is right, 'they' say don't cosleep with premie because they are at an increased risk of SIDS, although I don't know when they 'catch up' in risk with a full termer?? (if ever as they may have permanent issues)
    hope I worded that ok?

Sparkle - yes 12 noon in scoop, ice cream optional :) x

Susan been a busy exciting weekend or just plain old busy?

OH and I are in a bit of a pickle at the moment, he is trying very hard to give me lots of rest, but I think he's gone too far and gotten overtired and is now taking that out on me which kinda defeats the purpose of being so giving in the first place. It's a pattern we get into regularly and I've said how I see it, and it would be better for him not to 'over-give'. I'm not sure if he can see it at the moment though...

I think that happens here as well - but I've just been grumpy about it instead of being sensible and wondering why we're sniping at each other. Thank you for being so articulate.

Some of this is my natural tendency, very hard for me to not get involved; some of it is because I am doing things which OH is no good at and might be a problem if I stopped doing.

Bruno, my husband is much the same way - he finds it almost impossible to let me deal with crying/dirty bottom/etc (if he's awake...). I appreciate his hands-on approach and I love how much he loves the baby, but I do get resentful that he comes in and tries to take over if the monster is crying because it makes me feel like he thinks I'm doing a bad job. Would it help if you tried reinforcing what your OH is doing and helping her do it rather than taking over? Even handing the baby to her and telling him to "do X for Mummy" might be something; it would teach Elijah that the two of you are a united front. IYSWIM.

Tigs, what wonderful news - he's packing the weight on!

    Non-weeping vibes for ladybird.

    Gentle cuddles for sickly Rhys.

Kisses for the slingy ladies - I'll be local to Warrington for a week or so over Christmas, would it be too much to hope that there'll be a meet somewhere from the 22nd Dec. - 2nd Jan.?

Bail money fund contribution for SM...

Very cute pictures MM - and Susan I love your dress!

Tara, I meant to say that there are more pictures of the dress on my Facebook, but if you want to see others drop me a PM :) I don't know what size you need, but my dress is an 8 top with wider hips (to accommodate the baby!) and made for a woman of 5'1 in flat shoes. If that sounds like something that would fit you the fairies might have it cleaned and stick it on ebay for less than the original seller is charging.

    I hope I didn't miss anything.

nothing like a tight deadline to motivate you!

Wow, It's beautiful, as are you :) Did you sew until the wee small hours the night before? :rotfl:

Mine is silver and looks more like an evening gown, and was made as a size 12 for a 5'6" wearing high heels.

Fairies also happy to send that to Tara :)

PS I'd spotted you don't post on a sunday susan, but was never sure if it's more through being busy at church, or if you try to keep sunday as a special day without normal weekly activities (like us lot!)

PS Quick question, my friend who's in big financial trouble is doing a stall at an indoor version of a boot sale (a jumble sale, I guess?) I was going to do a tray bake, and sell at 25-30p a slice. I can make more profit with flapjack (sultana/nut/cinamon flavour or choc coated) but could also do rocky road. Which do you think more people might go for? Was thinking flapjack's safer cos more people have tried it before and know they like it?...

pps Tara I should add that my dress has been worn about 12 times since, so may not look as pristine as your other options! But free, if that's more important! :)
