they dont resusitate if they're born before 24 weeks gestation, even if its 23+6   that is SO wrong, SO SO SO wrong - i heard of babies that had lived for a couple of hours but the doctors wouldnt help!! those poor babies and parents. how terrible.
That is terrible. I'm sure I've heard of babies (probably in the US) who have survived having been born at 23 weeks. Without wishing to be too controversial, I imagine it's probably to do with the fact that the abortion limit is 24 weeks. Also, up to 24 weeks, if you lose a baby it is classed as a miscarriage rather than a still birth and you don't get any maternity entitlement.

    Hi all!
I went to the carbooty yeaterday and got 2 pairs of next jeans for Ry-ry for £1 and a lovely Tesco Crdi for him for 50p!
A travel cot for a tenner and an activity centre for £5! he loves it, will post some piccies later.
    You lot talk so fast!
I'm taking him to the docs about his gammy eye at 12.10pm, so hopefully will get it sorted.
I've still not come on and have an appointment for the 25th Sept for that.

As for staple meals, I'm tyring to follow slimming world att he moment, so everything is freshly cooked anyway, our main things are.
    Spag bol,
    Gammon and chips,
    shepherds pie,
I'm gonna try canelloni this week.
OH bought a load of meats from the butchers van at the market last week, spent about £30 and it will last us mor than the month.
we go through 2 big bags of tatties a week, loads of veg, salads, and almost 2 dozen eggs a week but it's cheap meals lol
it's better now Aston is back at school cos he gets feree school meals so that saves me alot of dough.

sorry to hark back to a previous question, but I'd really like others thoughts and I think only sami posted:p

What did people think was a good rate for granny having fergie per day? I was thinking £30. Too much? Too little?

    Would appreciate any suggestions :)

When I used a childminder, she charged £3 per hour and I am in Cardiff too. Nursery was £20 for a morning or £36 for a whole day. Hope that helps a bit - personally I think nearer £20, but you know granny best!:D
  • He's getting done tomorrow, hurrah! The woman said "Oh not sure if the vets will do it at 5 1/2 months" I burst out crying and said that he's evil, and just caught him pee'ing on my daughters clothes, and poo'ing in my kitchen, and I said he weighs 3.7kg! She said okay, take him in tomorrow at 9:30am.

Jesus I feel better, god I hate him.

BM (((((hugs))))) it sure sounds like you need some. What vet do you use.
