I received an email cancelling my ticket and so I phoned them up asking about it and they told the story of "someone " posting it. The screening is for cinema companies/people and I was told they will have a person checking, so anyone outside their infamous list will be turn down.
But as usual, go if you are temerarious
    :j

Hmm, wouldn't be surprised considering the tone on the email compared to all other screenings i've seen. I thought it was quite formal... aww, shame us mere mortals aren't invited and thanks for letting us know. :)

you should get yourself along to a silent disco..... everyone listens to the music thru headphones, pretty surreal thing, taking your headphones out and everyone is raving away in pure silence :)

Yeah i heard about those but only an event that was held in Trafalgar sq one year. I don't actually know of any places that do them. Would be really great though, haha...

I know what you mean but remember we had previews for both Star Trek and Alice. So I'm forever hopeful but won't hold my breath.

    Must go, Shrek is calling.

But keep an eye out for A Team previews, if one place is doing one, there's a good chance of more, nationwide hopefully.

How'd ya like Shrek matey? Any news of Leo, pls give us a shout.:D

Went to see Karate Kid today. Really enjoyed it as my children did and have to admit shedding a few tears!
I was wondering how people get the codes for these films. I'm very grateful for everyone who posts codes and I would like to reciprocate but I never get sent ay myself.

I can never can find any free codes for the cinemas in Preston which is annoying as the closest we ever have is either Bolton or the trafford centre in manchester

For the sky promotions, i signed up and was registered as a GUEST account. In order to obtain free tickets to previews, I must upgrade the account, which I need to have a valid SKY account for.

Is there any way to get tix without subscribing to Sky?

No - it's seen as a way of rewarding people who pay for Sky every month.
