This was not a LL killing his tenant - this was a business deal that turned sour.
However 'Nick' operated in different times and made his money a long time ago by some very dubious tactics when it came to tenants.

Well this was an interesting interlude....we've just managed to prove that some people kill other people and that some of those people who kill are LLs and some tenants, whereas some of the people who were killed were LLs and some were tenants.
There's probably a university somewhere who'd pay a massive grant for this research into the bleeding obvious.
