I take it you have not read the notice at the top of the board, I have not insulted you (have been tempted but have not) I generally find that when someone resorts to insults they feel they are losing the argument.
I Have reported your last post as offensive

"Section 6
6.1 The tenant agrees not to keep mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians or fish including cartialigeous fish in the property
6.2 In return the landlord agrees to not kill the tenant
6.3 In the case of non-compliance by either the tenant or landlord of any of the terms within this section, the entire section is consider void."AMILLIONDOLLARS wrote: »This is about a murder dumbass.

I have been a regular member of this board since 2004, In all my time here I have not sworn or sworn at another member, if you wish someone to describe you as a DS, that's your business, its nothing to do with be 6 or 60, its about mutual respect for your fellow posters, even when you disagree with their views.

the tenant having been killed, the LL had not had time to evict it via a section 8 for rent arrears, as he had been arrested following a forcible entry effected by the RSPCA (in company with the police of course as they have no right of entry without) following reports of a maltreated distressed animal

Typical laziness of the British landlord. If you're going to do it do it right. It's someone else's fault.0 -

i was more thinking that once my landlord has killed me, my girlfriend will be able to get the puppy she has always wanted. if given the choice, i think she'd go for the puppy, but the clause is cunningly drafted so that it only kicks in if the landlord kills me, and not another tenant.0
