    Morning all! I have a day off today:j sun is shining and i am off swimming! I will def take hwg and rmc water advice and drink loads!
    I am glad i prefer swimming than the gym its £2.25 swimming and £4.15 gym after 4 and £3.15 before!!:eek:.
    Had a lovely picnic in the garden yest it was lovely and min spends well nsd really as food came from weekly food budget and i used tesco vouchers.:)
    Have a lovely day all i will pop back later.

    I like swimming too - can only do the front crawl, which my dad, who is involved in swimming at national level, says is the most energetic of strokes.

    Hello! Right down to money saving. Been good on lunches in work but have been going up once a week for breakfast!!:eek:
    Stunning canteen and £1.50 for grilled cooked breakfast all calorie counted of course!
    Wasted £10 fri in hungover state on sandwich crisps cans of diet coke:eek::eek:
    and a magazine!!
    DS has been having dinners as he eats them all enjoys them and his packed lunch was coming back not even half eaten!
    Had to buy new mobile as tipped water on my old one! But thats the car the laptop and mobile now so thats my 3 thankyou very much!:mad:
    Off for the week next week going down mil's caravan for a few days and farm day out planned!
