Hi BTD. Glad to hear you've done what you think is right. At the end of the day, you'll have paid it all back, and have peace of mind in the meantime, which is very important. You are still a DFW after all, and still need to be here, like we all do, to follow the righteous path to our DF days!!
Pleased for you

I saw your message on the board asking about a DMP - I sway between deciding to do it and not, what made the decision for you? I think I would do one but I dread the persistent phonecalls and letters I imagine you would get?
If it feels the right decision for you to make then it is the right decision - well done x1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
2nd debt - MBNA - £6,618.52
First in many many to go - baby steps and all that!
First lump sum to go - fingers crossed!
08/06/09 - [STRIKE]£11,497.68[/STRIKE] NOW - £9,757.75

Hey you
Glad you made that decision - and you must always be around here!
I often think of going down that route but because hubby self employed think it may impact negatively on us.
RMCLBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
(CC/LOAN = [STRIKE]36,378.98[/STRIKE] 35668.47. O/D = [STRIKE]1255.32[/STRIKE] 1212.35/[STRIKE]1999.78[/STRIKE] 1934.52, BUS = [STRIKE]9769.76[/STRIKE] 8714.98)
Challenge = Debt at 31/01/12 = £25k. 2011 Payments = £1,944.19/£24,403.84
There is no point in negative thought, it takes up time and energy which could be used in a positive, happy way!
