I read loads about it and letters are just standard and stop and dmp take over i assume? I should imagine companies will try there luck at intimidation but prob know once compant are involved like cccs they have no hope? It will be a learning curve thats for sure!

BTD - you have not bailed out on us, you have done the best thing in the world for you, the debt free journey not easy, hense I'm on the secnic route, but I know if my situation changed then I would have to take the next step and go down an official route,

You now have a debt free date to work to, good thats same time as hubbys, he's lucky he has his mumj helping out, the next thing, is set a challenge - I WANT XYZ - I WILL SAVE FOR XYZ WHEN I'M DEBT FREE, whether its a depoist for a house, a baby, mine is to go to Las Vegas and California, and dd wants to come with me, seen the exact trip, keep ordering the new travel brochere to keep that in my mind thats what I want and I will get there xx

Thanks all for your support it means so much. 5 years time is not that long but i will not wish my life away either! At least the time ds is 11 and more expensive i will be debt free! Lots of posotives.
Going to see x factor auditions n audience tom free day out!!x

Thats a brillinat day out have a great time. you've hit it on the nail, ds be 11, I know my debt free date dd be 14.... but yiou never know may win the lottery, find a millionaire, thou there mat be a romance rekindled, were going away together in Oct..... more as friends, think he needs his eyes testing, as when he rings 90% of the time, hes got my ansafone and I get a "hello gorgeous"..... xx

Sounds like you have made a good decision there. Of course you must stay here- we're very proud to see you moving towards your DFD and the route you take is not what matters. It has to be right for you and get you to your destination!

House move is done and dusted- chaos is now confined to areas I can close the doors on!! Work has been manic so unfortunately, despite all my best efforts to take things slowly and easy, I'm feeling I'll again. Am feeling quite positive though. I'm planning to take it easy and then get myself back on track. Need to rethink my goals, get my head around having joint finances and maybe start a new diary!

Hi dmp being set up and it gave me some much needed breathing space this month as i only paid token payments. A bit nervous but i guess the worst is my credit rating will be trashed but thats fine no one will lend me now anyway!!!!!
