HI BTD make sure you drink plenty of water as in this weather we hold onto every drop causing extra pounds on. I try and carry a bottle with me all the time and try to drink at least 2 litres a day. I always find the key to losing weight is plenty of WATER. Good luck and enjoy the swimmingMARCH 2016 DEBT £25750/ £25035

Hi BTD!
If you've been exercising more and eating less then you are probably putting on muscle - which weighs more than fat! :T0 -

Loved the series, such a soppy sod I am, I even had a tear when he had to use his card...... but the principle was good.
I'm very sad to ask - but missed the start bit madam was playing up, what was the saga over the wheelbarrow, was it £125 he paid..... was it gold plated.
Don't know bout u, but made me laugh after he declared he was using money again, that he'd go to the village shop 1st, it wouldn't have to tell anyone else....and I just thought it was The Kabin (Coronation Street) was gossip corner!! xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Wouldn't worry about the pound on, as the lovely lady (useless with names), go into muscle - first, esp if the exercise idea has come out of the blue....
Whatever you had at the weekend bottle it, your bubbling radiance out. xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
BTD have to agree with HWG - water water water. Last Sunday I had a lovely piece of Pavlova (yummy) and other evils but drank 5 litres of water and lost 2lb. Yesterday I was good all day but only drank 2litres in this heat - 1.5lb on! I add a teaspoon of diluting orange but that is because our water isn't nice.
But well done on all the exercise, it will pay off and it must be making you feel good!LBM Feb 2010 £62,700 Total Debt Jan 11 [STRIKE]£49,403.84[/STRIKE] £47,530.32.
