oh I hear you btd. My weight is monsterous compared to what it was 3 months ago. And yes I have a notebook too!!! I will start from tomorrow, which means I am eating and drinking all sorts today to use them up... that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!!!:D
maybe we can have our own little lose weight club, and have a weigh day etc??? Could help motivate us both0 -

I think that i have been so focused on money that the weigt has taken a back burner! But i am just going to apply the same principles eg i have x amount to spend = calories no going overdrawn and may even save some!:rotfl:

I was just thinking that with my mortgage my debt is £138k it does not sound to bad when you inc in morgage like that or is it just me??0

That's pretty good including the mortgage, I would look at it like that from now on!!! (I don't have a mortgage so my debt is just debt!!!)
