Does anyone else clench or grind their teeth? I do it during the day & whilst I'm asleep. I've noticed some of my teeth are getting chipped because of it. I'm also suffering with jaw ache & headaches due to the teeth clenching/grinding.

My OH says that during the night I mean a gnashing sound.
