Im on seroquel alongside lamotragine and venlafaxine and Im tired all day. In saying that some nights it takes ages for me to go to sleep.

I fall asleep pretty quickly which before i was on seroquel used to take me upto an hour, and when manic i could be there hours, about 15 mins max now and its such a struggle to get up in the morning............

Danekatie, Ive been having specialist counselling with family matters, my cpn referred me for it and its been absolutely fantastic, well worth asking your cpn if they have anything like it where you live.

My CPN couldnt come today as she is ill so when i see her again i will ask if there is any councelling i can have, i am better than i used to be, i can talk about it without getting upset and i feel no anger towards him anymore, i know my life is better than his will ever be (he used to be a friend) even with my bipolar, thanks skipsmum for the advice

I slipped up and had a DD taken out today that would've landed me with bank charges because I've not got enough in for the one that's due the day before my income support comes in, but a very kind person has offered to lend me enough to cover it, and I hardly know him, so it's very sweet of him.

i have discovered that a very cheap daily pill container that seperates the daily doses has stopped me forgetting to take my pills and i feel much calmer deep inside than i was in my odd dosage missing times --i havent had a real mood swing in years but i feel better than before in the right way!!

Hi if you are struggling with forgetting your medication you can request blister packs from your chemist.

I have one of those medicine tubs with loads of sections but i still mess up and cant remember if i have taken them or not, bit useless at the moment :P

i take 3 tabs in the am and 3 at night---i just count if i only have 3 left at lunch time--i know its remembering but the more you check the sooner you will steady up--i have mountains of my 'am' drugs in 'stock' so i must have forgotten them a lot in the past-but the new system has stopped that -i cant sleep without my night time drugs! so i know i have always taken them!-i also get my wife to carry a supply in her handbag just in case but the new system has rendered this pretty redundant!
