For the first time I got the feeling (lasted only minutes) that 3 is a people's network. The guy started to talk in Hindi (one Indian language) I recorded the whole conversation. It was great fun, however they did not offer me a good deal.Bank accountsSantander : 17 year relationship, 0 problems to date.0

I have emailed Executive Services informing them of the problems and due to their awful service I wish to be released from my contract now (early) and without penalty. They say they'll "Investigate and get back to you within 10 business days". I shan't hold my breath.
I complained to same place and got same reply, todays the 5th business day and no word from 3 yet! Will let you no if they get back to me.
My SE does the exact same things (ive got W910i) so dont no if its a possibility but maybe its something to do with the phone and service combined? As i have borrowed a Nokia N73, put my sim card in and the service and network reception is nearly 100% better than in my SE.0 -

That deal on the 3 website is currently £30 so I guess its a good deal if you need that many minutes a month..0

Heard really bad things about '3 Mobile' in terms of signal availaibilty. Does anyone know what it's like in Bristol & Birmingham? I also do a lot of travelling by train between the two and with o2 have an almost constant connection with no slippage - when I was on TMobile I could never get a signal, even when stopped at Cheltenham!0

I love 3, its great, the signal seems pretty normal these days - it was patchy 4 years ago when I moved to 3 but its great now anywhere I use my phone. In terms of the dongle, I get annoyed using it on the train 'cos of tunnels etc and it cuts out, but tunnels aside it seems fine these daysI run an event management company, I put on events, I go to events, if I don't know anything about events - its not worth knowing!:j:j:jNegotiate, Negotiate, and Negotiate again.:j:j:j0

So basically you refuse to pay your bill, they send it to a debt collector? Seems fair enough to me.
I trust Orange also charge a fee for not paying by direct debit?
Oh, ok, sorry I'll just pay what I don't owe... I didn't pay the bill because I didn't owe it. I queried their admin charge, they were unable to justify it as ofcom specifies they must, lied to me and would not waive all of £12 for a customer that had been with them for like 6 years... that is why 3 are crap. Also, their lady in head office literally started shouting at me. They tried to avoid any written response and NEVER explained the admin charge. They must say what it is for, not simply for not paying by direct debit. HOW does that cost them £3? If it is because it is a FINE for not paying by their preferred method, they have listed it incorrectly as a FEE for administration.
I can cancel my orange account whenever I want because it's a one month contract, so if orange give me poor customer service, which I have not yet experienced, I will leave. Simple. Told 3 that by lieing to me about the admin charges (which they were doing, read original post), they were breaking the original terms of the contract and I was leaving. Nope, aparently 3 are under their own juristiction, free to do whatever they want. Well, that's why I left.0 -

If you think they are good, try leaving them. They will forget your faithful custom within a moment and start playing silly game. I was with them for well over five years and they lied to me decieved me into another two years contract when all I wanted was to finish my contract with them which was nearing its end any way. Bunch of liers who get away with murder.0
