    have sorted out a mound of paperwork and shredded and binned it whilst looking for dd2's english certificate from school....she needs it for college...STILL NOT FOUND!!...must be in a safe place!!



    will ring school in the morning to see if they can do anything

    am so tired tonight and have stomach ache....its the time of the month

    Good luck with finding it Wilf; How did your DS get on at golf? AF is due here in the morning, can't wait!

    Just waiting for WM to finish and I need to make some sarnies to put in the fridge for DS1 to take with him tomorrow - I think he is glad it is his last day.

    Apologies for lateness of the hour.. I had a meeting at 7 got home about half ten and hadn't eaten or anything but I'll go do the list for Friday now.

    DD1 (yr 11) got her GCSE results through and is having to resit them all as her teachers are not happy with her grades..

    English B
    French C

    The teachers said they want straight A*'s so she is resitting in November.

  • Well done to DD Pigpen, they are fab results, why do they want so much from her, what does she want to do in the future????

    I was like that Holly, but DD being a little older it's a bit easier.......although I do still take the iron out of the LR if I need to leave the room, even for a second!!!!

    I'm more than happy with her achievements... she is just about the youngest in the year too.

    I think she is still keen on primary school teaching or architecture..

    he has anothe 6 or 7 GCSE's to do too.. and her NVQ in IT as well.

  • Manic Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Diming Room of Gloom
    Level Two
    Wipe the units
    Level Three
    HHI

    Wednesday ~ Master Bedroom & Landing
    Level 1
    Remove and wash bed linen.
    Level 2
    Vacuum and turn mattress before replacing with fresh linen

    Thursday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    Clean floors in these rooms (even if it is around the clutter)
    Level Three
    Clean filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!!

    Floopy Friday ~ Childrens/Spare Rooms
    DONE!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j


    Extras
    1. Wipe the skirtings, door and window frames in these rooms
    2. Wipe down 2 doors.. room doors.. both sides
    3. 15 minutes filing
    4. Wash windows if needed
    5. Wash any curtains or duvets that are in need
    6. Go around the house and find draughts etc that can be stopped up before the weather turns cold and the icicles get in! .. windows and doors etc..
    Taking advantage of the nice weather with sofa throw ready to go on the line and bathroom stuff in WM, see if I have time to washthe bathroom floor before I go to work!

    Floopy Friday ~ Childrens/Spare Rooms
    Level One
    Strip, wash and replace bedding
    Declutter the floor!
    Level Two
    Tidy up the clothes
    Drag the junk from under the bed and put it all away
    binbag dance.. Where does all the rubbish in there come from?!
    Level Three
    Wipe the paintwork bed frame and any sticky marks
    Dust and deweb.. don't forget the light fitting
    Vacuum the floors.. and mattresses!
