Oh yes......though goodness knows where he gets it from, I struggle with drawing matchstick men and all my attempts look they were done by a 2 year old!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
  • I feel shamed into donation.. A cake (or brownies) is all I can think of though.

Quite excited about brownies - tempted to change my guess to make it unique so I can have it all to myself....

Oh and I'll throw in a prize from the work stationery cupboard (my generosity knows no bounds) :)

(Can't be ar5ed to make a prediction, it will be what it will be regrardless of what you weirdos think)
You can't win an argument with a stupid person.

Yes - it's only fair. By definition, only 1 of us can be right - if we all predict, it prevents a position where 12 months down the line, a huge gaggle of those who didn't put their predictions on the line, get to laugh at the few who did, but got it wrong.

This way, nearly all of us will be wrong. :)

    Oh no!

Just realised that actually, we're going to have a load of unspeakable arguments in a year's time, when we all start claiming to have won, based on different indices. ISTL claims it's all stupid, as it all depends on which area you live in, and then all hell breaks out, as everyone claims their particular street matches their prediction precisely, and Martin has to step in before the brownies get crushed underfoot...

    What have we done.

Ok babe, just for you I predict that in 5 years time noone on this board today will give atupenny about property either way and will all be discussing the benefits of towels over tanpons in the Moneysavers:D

I make the rules as it's my survey. ;)

It was very clear: national house price by nationwide and LR index. So I reckon an average of those two. They should be pretty close anyway.

    NO NO NO.

You predict. Please. Just for me. It's sod's law that you, the least most knowledgable person on the planet, unless it happens to be what's in the next door neighbours knickers... you will get it right.

    Er, no offence meant.

    We're talking 1 year, not 5.

Obviously, in 5 years, everyone on this board who wanted to buy will have done so or given up and got bored.

And not entirely convinced this board will exist in 5 years......
