You've runined my surprise. I was going to reveal the answer in 12 months time measured against the Indian Rupee index and confuse the shizzle out of everyone with a 48% rise.0 -
I will go with a 1% rise.
I would say +/-10% of that with a 95% confidence.
I suspect house prices are about 5-10% overvalued, but there is no reason why this should be arrived at rapidly and nor is there much reason why it should overshoot on the way down.0 -
Still seem to be some notable exceptions on the list. Surely after all the attacks, all the arguments everyone has a point of view? Even just for FUN.
One other thing Cleaver. Can we use the same list for keeping a tally of PPR's over the coming year?0 -
Oooh, I smell another conspiracy.0

I've taken the liberty of taking a snapshot of results gathered so far and have produced an annotated graph. I know that nothing gets people more excited than a good annotated graph to bicker over, although I apologise in advance for not having the traditional 'dispair', 'bull trap', 'capitulation' or 'new paradigm' sections.0

Super graph Cleaver, lot of effort, will be quoted around the world as gospel within three and a half minutes.
Completely wrong with your realist bit which should cover my vote and, well, just me really, but let's not argue about it.0 -
That is fantastic cleaver. Nice one.
I'm not sure whether I'm sensible or a realist though.
Surely the two are not mutually exclusive?"The problem with quotes on the internet is that you never know whether they are genuine or not" -
