Being a non techy type, educated pre-1979...oft by candlelight, I am always impressed by computery graphs and stuff. Good one Cleaver.
Only one person excited about the prize so, if you win, you can have a custom fit...up to size 30 if Mrs LE is that size.;)
BTW, anyone else offering prizes? The charity raffles in your areas must really struggle.0 -
I've taken the liberty of taking a snapshot of results gathered so far and have produced an annotated graph. I know that nothing gets people more excited than a good annotated graph to bicker over, although I apologise in advance for not having the traditional 'dispair', 'bull trap', 'capitulation' or 'new paradigm' sections.

Thanks. I'm now wearing my beer.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Not sure whether to put my real guess of -7% or try and get placed in the realists column?
Go on then -7%0 -
I'm very impressed with the graph. I appear to be in the right bit hovering between being a bear and a hopeful renter :TLooking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier

Y'know what Hamish, you may be the most optimistic, one-sided poster I've ever really come across on here, but you give as a good as you get, have a insistance about you without becoming too insultive and, most importantly, seem to have a very healthy attitute of being able to take a joke and not take yourself that seriously. Still think your love of HPI is complete and utter mentalist lunacy of course, but I guess most of us can live with that. You big debt-loving scottish kilt-wearing monkey.
I kinda hope that you make a home in this forum. HPC's loss is our gain maybe.0 -
I like McTittish as well.

Very merciful....up to Cleaver how he divvies up 1st, 2nd and 3rd...I wonder if he has had any practise at fetes and the like?.....Can be a bit of people politics when donated prizes are graded.

I feel shamed into donation.. A cake (or brownies) is all I can think of though.0
