Put me down for +2% please Cleaver.
I think they will go down eventually, but the way this government is propping everything up means they won't go down until after the general election, and Aug 2010 isn't long enough after the election for the effect to be felt by then. I just hope the current propping up doesn't make the eventual economic unpleasantness too much worse than it would otherwise have been.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

If any of the 70% club end up proven right they could offer a house as 1st prize :D

I've been pencilled in as predicting 0% but it should read, 0% indexed result. Like pretend Im emigrating in 12 months and I think it'll be no difference to now

So 100k house price in May 08 and 100k house price in Sept 09 would actually be about 11% loss. Im predicting 0% over 12 months

Cleaver can decide whether it will be on ticket price...though ticket price is easier to judge.
I can't write condidently about it, but my feeling is the real price falls will be 'invisible' over the next few years....inflation will do it.

Many won't notice as 'ticket price' feels the same.

But what are you predicting STT? The judging is going to be tricky with all the special add ons.

Well, I'll nail my colours to the mast, Mr Cleaver.

I think the economy will go full-circle, so stick me down for +3.14159%

Being a non techy type, educated pre-1979...oft by candlelight, I am always impressed by computery graphs and stuff. Good one Cleaver.

Only one person excited about the prize so, if you win, you can have a custom fit...up to size 30 if Mrs LE is that size.;)

BTW, anyone else offering prizes? The charity raffles in your areas must really struggle.

I'll throw in one of my youngest sons masterpieces...which is not as bad as it sounds, he is a sold artist!

*It might be of the Mary Rose, a pokemon figure/anime (or however the blooming biddles you spell it) or a tribute to a Lowry dependent on his mood.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

He recently did a big Art on the Prom thing.....one person loved one of his versions of a tribute to Lowry (his first ever sale!) and the other his bored child in detention...which was my favourite.

At least he has got the right idea now, he was just giving them away before!

I did think about offering one of his home designed and illustrated comics (with his very own super hero character, based on my mum) or his very own newspaper but he gets a bit protective over those...plus I want to keep them in case he gets famous :rotfl:

All of them though have to be kept hidden away as one hint of being unsettled and they all end up ripped and in the bin, originally drawing a picture was his only way of communicating before the shutters came up...it was our way of knowing if he felt threatened or happy.
