LOL Iwas coming to look for this thread to ask the exact same thing! Beks surely you've got your money now? I know you've been busy with DD's arm (read your other thread), and suppose time's been tight, but surely your money has come back to you, and you are ready to NAME and SHAME (mind you I don't think he has any!)

OH spoke to the court on Friday to tell them we had received no cheque and he was advised that it wont be sent until the 21st/22nd of May! :eek: I have no idea why, OH did ask but apparently it was something to do with court regulations etc etc (that doesn't make much sense to me though)!!
Very annoying, I know our money is safe with them but to take 4 weeks for us to get it back is ridiculous!! Oh well, not much we can do about it but plan on how we are goint to spend it!!
I am soooo ready to name and shame!!

I have just read this thread, i'd like to say in it's entirety but I have to admit to reading yours beks mostly. Congratulations on winning against this nasty piece of work. I hope he gets his comeupance big time. What goes around comes around. To everyone else that has been taken in by him I feel for you. Hopefully beks journey can help others who have fallen foul to this despicable being.

Ha Ha!! Yes, that was him!! Good guess KP!! He has struggled no end, he feels he has let everyone down. I wish I could make him see how proud we are of him.
