Oh lordy, lordy! What a drama and a half. Managed to read the entire thread and every new page made me hope for the news that you had your money back beks! Can't believe how long this process has taken, but very well done to you for persevering. You trooper. :T

I figured out the venue and was horrified at the reviews. I'm pessimistic and search for every possible review of every venue/destination etc before I book anything. I know you have to take other peoples reviews with a pinch of salt - but not when there is nothing but bad reviews! :eek:

Well done and hope the bailiffs get the job done quick sharp. Hope your daughter gets well soon, too, poor mite. Will keep an eye on this thread to see how you get on.

For the same reason as the gypsy wedding and the Hell's Angels convention and everyone mobbing the place to put people off! Get the job done once and for all! Not that I'm suggesting anyone actually do anything illegal of course - it's a hypothetical, pipe-dream!

Finally, after over 6 months of fighting this, the bailiffs have finally got our money back!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

Soooooooo happy!!! We don't have the money ourselves but the bailiffs got ALL £5150 of it in cash!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D Because they got such a large amount of cash off him, the bailiffs had to bank the money with the courts and they will pay us in the next week to ten days! :j:j:j:j

I cannot thank all of you enough for your kindness and support. It is down to you all that I have managed to keep fighting for this and get our money back. There are too many names to mention but those of you who have kept me stong know who you are and I cannot thank you enough. So so so so happy and so so so so grateful!!!! :T:T:T:T:T:T :D:D:D:beer:

What do people think about publishing the name of the venue now?? Do you think it is safe as even though we dont have our money, it is now with the courts. Desparate to get going on my new campaign. :D:D:D:D

And the other great news is that little dd is home and doing well. Still in a lot of pain but that should improve over the next few days.
