I am SOOOOOOOOOOO happy for you both!!!
That is fantastic news, and I am so glad the little one is home and OK!
Don't mention the venue's name until you have that money in your bank account ~ don't jinx anything yet!
What the chuff was he playing at, knowing he owed all that and had thousands on the premises ~ !!!!!!!!!Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Congratulations Beks! I'm so pleased for you and admire your strength in fighting it all the way through to the end.
With regards to naming the venue - although I have known what it is for a while and have been keeping an eye on TripAdvisor reviews - I would hold off just another week or so until you have seen proof the money is in your account. Then, tell everyone here who doesn't know the name, write your own TripAdvisor review including the battle through the courts (basically an abridged version of this whole forum thread!) and spread the word around LOCAL newspapers in your area. From that, other local media (radio stations etc) will pick up on it, and potentially some of the national newspapers who may call for further comment - in which case it's up to you to decide whether to give it to them or not and for what fee.
I definitely wouldn't post the name of the venue until the money is in your account.
Congrats again!
Stuart
PS: I'm sure you deserve to get yourself a nice bottle of wine (other drinks available according to preference) to celebrate!0 -

Congrats Beks
Did they get you any champers?
Don't mention the name until you have the money. Then, when it's in your bank and cleared, Let it ripWhat's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0 -
A victory for the "common man", it warms the cockles.
Well done for staying strong and not giving up Beks.
It sounds to me as that's his business plan! It's how alot of business work, keep hol dof the customer money for as long as possible. He probably also owes his suppliers and awful lot of money but as he sits on it all he's earning interest / making his accounts look good.
He's sat on Beks money for well over 6mths now, if he does this with 10 people and only one of them has the guts to do what Beks did then he has made a small fortune! Number crunching.0
