After complaining again to them they have said they will delay/offset my next bill payment by three weeks.
Not as much as I wanted but if you haven't yet asked for some sort of recompense for the dire service yet I suggest you do.
They still won't say sorry, just like MP's, but these days saying sorry is a public admission you've done something wrong (which they have and damn well should).0 -

Looks like you and I are on the same wavelength.....!!!
However, sitting here at 4.30 in the morning and I have to admit pages are loading the fastest Ive ever seen with any dial-up...!!
Obviously the system isn't all taxed this time time of the morning, but I have been on line at this time before but never seems speeds like this....!!!
Most pages are virtually loading within a few seconds.... For example refreshing this page took 18 seconds.....!!! So something has improved matters considerably... They did say something about new cabling being installed at one stage..... wonder if that's it...??0 -

Is fast4 dialup currently usable? I've had it several times in the past as a stopgap and it varied depending on who owned it - I last had it 18 months ago and the service had dropped like a stone after it had been taken over by Breathe. As JPC writes I'm wondering if it might be ok again with everyone opting for broadband.0

Has anyone noticed that pages are struggling to load again. Is the stop start stuttering fault back again?0
