It shows hot recipes as well, but loads of these are just as good if cooked and allowed to go cold.
As a preference, in summer, I love pasta with fresh sliced cherry tomatoes, torn Italian mozzarella (Sainsbury's value one is perfectly good from my meagre budget's point of view, not vastly different to the more expensive choices), couple of good glugs of extra-virgin olive oil, some basil or oregano (dried or fresh) and some fresh-ground black pepper. Yumyumyum...
