    Hi guys, just to let you all know I have now received my refund from these guys and I am very appreciative of the service that they have indeed provided this evening to me.

    When I was chatting to these guys on MSN they did seem friendly and have to admit that even though I may have been a little short tempered via my emails that they were friendly at all times.

    Can you also mention to the forum that the card arrived with you and nothing was modded upon it?

    Just to dispel the rumour on here that we are running a modified card.
    Did you see any modification on the card when it arrived with you?

    Nope.. its libel and defamation of a site when posting that said site is 'illegal' when you have no proof in the matter.
    We do not discuss tax or monetary details on an open public site.. simple as that.. nothing illegal about it.
    MSE do not disclose how much they bring in do they - and neither would they if I asked it of them.
    We accuse you of breaking the law.. but we have proof of your posts on here, so back to you.

    INCIDENTALLY.. many thanks again for this excellent thread in helping us promote our business.
    We have had a lot of enquiries into obtaining a card ... thanks more so to this thread promoting rather than hindering our site... and also our sales and daily customers has also been a lot higher this week than normal.

    So thanks again - keep up the good work :)
    We should offer a MSE forum discount just to see how many more people we can claim from this site.

    The card I received came in an unopened sky letter via a courier service and was in no way tampered with. It comes with the sky letter also enclosed in the envelope.

    1. The address- again for those who missed it for the umpteenth time (maybe for people a little slow in life) is viewable once a legal contract has been entered into with our service. The details and then viewable at all times. Completely legal in every sense, we have looked into it.

    2. Not being the financial wiz of the site, this information has been given to me late last night. I do not deal with the tax and finances, hence I have no reason to go into it :)

    3. Again, something that is outside of my control - but if this needs to be done, I am sure it will be via the site team.

    4. Again, if something was illegal - we would have been contacted about it by now. We have not, even though we have a LOT of ways to contact us.. still nothing has been mentioned.. thanks for asking :)
    We are NOT un-contactable in any way.

    5. You are making defamatory comments without the evidence to support this - do a google search for libel and defamation.
    We can sue you for any damage caused to business legally.

    Already have mentioned this to management :)

    In regards to this forum and defamatory comments, we would under UK law - be entitled to compensation.

    We can everyone on this thread that has contributed an non-factual and defamatory comment - and we can also chase MSE for your details to do so.

    The reason you are allowed to do this - somewhat foolishly on here I might add - is because this forum is NOT run by Martin Lewis at all... if it was, and overlooked by him - none of you would be able to post what you have on this thread.

    In fact, I believe he would be quite horrified at the level of libel this forum thread has produced.

    1. Have we ever said to you that you could do something illegal with the cards?
    2. How we ever said that we endorse piracy?
    3. Do you think our site is illegal at all?
    4. On our site - can you contact us in a wide variety of ways?
    5. What is our customer service like?
