Not on the spot at the branch - I was told they would send a one out when the back office has dealt with the forms.

I posted my application on 4 Sep. Only got a letter back from them today saying that they received a large number of applications, so I might receive the account document within the next 14 days!!! Although my account would be opened at the date of receipt of my application. Wondering if it is possible to apply the issue 2 as well.

The link I posted did say the account was no longer available - honest!

I think they are playing with the web site - maybe to change it to the issue 2 mentioned by Milarky
