    Evening all.
Mindee and DS never stopped today so I am cream crackered ;) My mum due to her back couldn't help out with having DD (gives her some one to one bonding time on a Friday afternoon) so I've had to juggle her too. My knees are killing me for some reason. boo my body is giving out on me!!!
Just sitting chilling at the mo whilst DS sits next to me watching The Polar Express (yep Christmas has already arrived in our house! Mind you can't complain as I love it too ;)). DD has been in bed half and hour and is asleep and H is still at work. H is off out after work for a few drinks and whilst I shall miss him at least I can slob and do my own thing.
Can't decide what to have for tea. HM bread needs using so will probably have something of toast. I might be naughty and have a couple of fried eggs. haven't had those for AGES........mouth is watering at the thought now!

Weather been really windy today but we spent most of it in the garden so can't complain.
have a good evening. Not watching BB. Haven't watched any of them since I think the second series. Might stick a DVD on, had Dark Knight for Xmas last year and I still haven't got around to watching it eek! Christian Bale is definately easy on the eye ;)
I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife :D Louise Brooks
All will be well in the end. If it's not well, it's not the end.

[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Ironing -Unpick ds1's air cadet badges and sew them on in the correct place on his brassard:rolleyes: .

[STRIKE]Clean the bathroom and downstairs loo. Might incorporate a loo cleaning lesson for the boys;)
    [/STRIKE]

Done everything on my list:jand taught both sons to clean loos -go me:D Also hoovered the stairs which is a rare happening chez thrift.

I also was supermum this afternoon and actually took them all out somewhere nice and bought them an icecream. We went to Witley Court which is free for us as we're English Heritage members. I sat in the sun watching the fountain play and the house martins fly while the kids played hide and seek in the ruined house.

Just been reminded that tomorrow morning is the start of a 7 week sailing course for all the kids. OH will take them and tinker with his boat while they learn to sail. The whole morning to myself:j and back to school on Monday:beer:

Hi you lot.. haven't posted for an absolute age so thought I would just share my good news... Mrs M has been discharged by her consultant and we wont need to see him again.. Yippee ( in case you are wondering she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2000). I detect a bit of non OS celebrating tonight.

Fantastic news, well done to the both of you,:j:T, enjoy your celebrating ;):D

Late post from me, back to work with a vengance, there have been so many problems I ended up videoing my room & walking out. They had to close the department down for 2 hours til it was sorted.
Very little OS going on as I've been getting to work at 7 to try & get ahead of things. Fortunately I had lots of HM ready meals in the freezer so we've been eating well despite the long days.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Evening everyone
Late one from me too, went to my friends funeral today, a sad day, didn't make me feel very talkative when I came back. Went to see my Dad to give his Malteesers and a drink, he was the same as usual.
Did Roast Chicken with stuffing (packet), fresh carrots, beans and mash.
Well done on getting the room (slightly) sorted H-H.

I've been to Witley court too and its a beautiful place, about 20 minutes from us. I hope to go back soon and take DH with me. Did you know an episode of Dalziel and Pascoe was filmed there?

No I didn't. But more useless random facts a partner (solicitor) where I used to work owned the house in Moseley that they used in filming for Dalziels home shots :D

Purpleivy - Monsoon dress is a :money: bargain :D
