You dont come across as someone who would purposefully de-fraud a system. You come across as someone who is very genuine and has made a couple of mistakes which you are going out of your way to rectify. People who own up to genuine errors and offer to pay to put them right dont get sent to prison. Your gp and care workers are backing you.

I think the lady in the pharmacy gets a kick out of scaring the living daylights out of someone. She is not a judge or jury just a chemist and should be much more sensitive when speaking with the public. Put her out of your mind.

You are only human and everyone makes mistakes at some point.
