Thanks for explaining the always thing' Always has given me good advice before.
I cannot get hold of my care co-ordinator till monday, and she says it is not in her remit to phone them.
I dont want to have to stew over this over the weekend.
I am worried because the original self disclosure letter is wrong, it says I should have paid since May, and really I should have paid since Feb.
I came across an income support letter from 2006, which I thought had been thrown in the bin.
This plus what the pharmacist said in boots about prison and hefty fines is worrying me.
My one niggling doubt is that why would the pharmacist say such a thing for such a small amount of money?
ps. I have already rang the counter fraud office and the phone number on the back of the prescription slip, and the calls were recorded.
Will they check up on me because of this, and if so, what will happen.
Sorry for all the questions.
and I eagerly await more reassurance.
I hope I dont sound annoying, I just want to put my mind at rest.0 -
Can you get to the CAB, they will ring on your behalf!0

I hope not, but now I am worrying that in a rush, I ticked the wrong box on the back of the form.nearlyrich wrote: »Did you carry on claiming to be entitled to free prescriptions after you knew you were not entitled?
Am worried that even though I self disclose, they will think I am suspect and will fine/imprison me.
Am willing to pay all non payments though.
VERY WORRIED
I can go to the CAB, but they will only make an appointment, and I will have to wait a week or so, I think, and I want to avoid spending days stewing. Can you get to the CAB, they will ring on your behalf!

Please ignore the pharmacist, she was probably a sales assistant and even if she was a qualified pharmacist then she's still not a lawyer or fraud investigator!0
