THANKS FOR YOUR KIND WISHES
dd has had the op - considering it was only yesterday - is doing ok. See what tomorrow might bring - fingers crossed for much improvement.
I'm quite proud of myself - negotiating London buses and finding my way about. Not Central London - but an area alien to me - not sure how mse it is though - I keep double swiping my payment card on the bus - so think it might be charging me LOADS lolJanuary spends - £587.580 -
Glad to hear she is doing ok and I wish her a speedy recovery.Have they found out what it is yet?
Well done on working out the transport system...I'd be scared witless!!!0 -
dd's small intestine had somehow worked it way inside large intestine, part had perforated but somehow managed to stay fairly contained and not explode gunk around her tummy - sorry to be graphic!! so they had to remove a large chunk of intestine and re-join. She has been lucky in her bad fortune though as it could so easily have been a colostomy and very badly perforated gut - instead of what it is. Fairly big scar. Spookily so like happened to me - docs wondering if its a genetic weakness - don't supposed we'll ever know. SO this is why she hasn't been able to eat for a couple of months and kept being sick - and she was trying her best at mind over matter as all the tests proved negative - a ct scan showed the problem in the end. But the end of her troubles are in sight now - just needs to get over op and all should be well again. Will stay in London another couple of days just to make sure there are no setbacks then have to go to work again - not sure if I'll get paid - but even with debtbusting some things are more important.
Just got a shock as I looked at the time!!!!!! nighty nightJanuary spends - £587.580 -

We've had a few scary moments - this is a week I NEVER want to repeat - but once she is over this docs say there should be no further problems.
I'm hoping she has a good day tomorrow because I have booked a ticket home for Saturday - I won't leave is she isn't stable and if I have to cancel - so be it!!
Spending out of the window - coffees, sandwiches and travel whilst down here - cost-a-packet - I will recoup it once back home.January spends - £587.580 -
Sorry to hear about the scary moments..hope she is getting more stable.
Don't blame you not worrying about the spending..it can't be helped.0
