Dietician was very nice - said I was doing everything right with diet - gave me soluble fibre powder to mix in with food/drink 4 spoonfuls a day - mixed some in with my risotto for tea and never knew it was there :D. She suggested I try to eat tinned pears  a couple of time a week and try and to add pulses to a meal a week. Suggested keep an eye on amount of raw fibre as too much can be too hard for the body to digest - got to go back in a month, but basically the problem isn't because of my diet - so it was comforting in that I'm doing things right - not comforting in I still don't know WHAT the cause of the problem is.

Had to go on bus to hospital as my car was getting its exhaust sorted - it piddled down - I was like a little drownded rat by the time I came home. Made me appreciate my little motor :j.

Checked bank balances today - I will have to be very careful to keep on track this month. Dinners at work have been a real problem I haven't taken lunch for ages MUST DO BETTER - off to check the demotivator to give myself kick up backside.

  • Lunches for me too. I was in a job with a lot of travel and didn't take lunch 'to force me to walk to the coffee shop' And it was a slippery slope, at first I took fruit and just bought a salad or sandwich, by the end I was getting the lot! The demotivator soon put an end to that though - and I haven't looked back.... :rotfl:

I'm the same with lunch...always have intentions of taking one and then don't and spend money instead.I must work harder on it.
Glad your diet is ok and hope that you find what the problem is.

I'm lucky I can offset lunch against my tax as a contractor so it actually pays me to spend something. I average about £1.40 and can claim £8 against tax so still quids in!

I was a good girl today - I took my lunch to work :A - didn't go out but that meant I had to go to a meeting - I was there in body but have to admit I was switched off.

Called in Morrisons on way home to buy full fat milk for a friend who won't have anything else in her tea - she called for a brew tonight - bought bread and bananas but not spent anything else - would have managed a nsd of friend hadn't called but it was good to see her. Small price to pay for a good friend
Hope you lot have had lots of wins on the bingo boards ;)
