a) BT are quite naff when it comes to customer service
b) A >2MBit connection should not take 8hrs to download an album. You should be transferring data at about the rate of 1Megabyte per 4 seconds
c) I completely agree that charges for broadband should be on a sliding scale based on the speed potential of your location (ie you should pay 1/4 of the full price if you can only get 1/4 of the speed). Ain't gonna happen though.0
