    I lived like this for quite a while the only other thing I had was a toasted sandwich maker - that I used to lay open and use as a bit of a wobbly hot plate. (not advisable I'm sure - but did me fine :))

    What food are you wanting to cook? That might help with giving more specific advice?
  • I'd find it almost impossible without a convection-oven or a grill. If anyone has ever cooked anything other than a one-pot meal in a microwave I salute you.

    If you get a toaster as well (cheap one out of Tesco for example) and some of those toaster bags you can do oven chips.
    Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
